By using the DDYMA mobile application ("App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Accepted Terms

1.1. By using the App, you accept these Terms of Service.

1.2. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Account Creation

2.1. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

2.2. You must provide accurate and truthful information.

2.3. You must keep your account information up to date.

2.4. You are responsible for the security of your password.

3. Usage Rules

3.1. You must not use the App for illegal purposes.

3.2. You must not access others' accounts without permission.

3.3. You must not share harmful or inappropriate content.

3.4. You must not infringe intellectual property rights.

4. Listing Publishing

4.1. You are responsible for the content of your listings.

4.2. You must provide accurate and truthful information.

4.3. You must not publish misleading or fraudulent listings.

4.4. Listings must comply with Turkish trade laws.

5. Content Rights

5.1. All content in the App belongs to DDYMA.

5.2. You may not copy or use content without permission.

5.3. You may not use content beyond personal use.

6. Messaging

6.1. You must not harass other users.

6.2. You must not send spam or unwanted messages.

6.3. You are responsible for your message content.

7. Liabilities

7.1. You are responsible for damages from your use.

7.2. We are not responsible for third-party actions.

7.3. You are responsible for your internet connection.

8. Account Deletion

8.1. You can delete your account at any time.

8.2. When deleted, all your data is permanently removed.

8.3. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

9. Term Changes

9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms.

9.2. We will notify you of changes in the App.

9.3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. Disputes

10.1. Disputes are resolved under Turkish law.

10.2. Courts in Didim, Aydın have jurisdiction.
